1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Wandes Ninja, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

Wandes Ninja provides corporate event planning, management, and execution services throughout the United Kingdom. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Corporate conferences and seminars
• Trade exhibitions and shows
• Product launches and presentations
• Team building activities
• Corporate hospitality events

3. Booking and Payment Terms

Event bookings require a signed contract and deposit payment. Payment terms:

• 50% deposit required upon contract signing
• Remaining balance due 30 days before event date
• Additional charges may apply for scope changes
• Cancellation fees apply as per our cancellation policy

4. Cancellation Policy

Event cancellations are subject to the following terms:

• More than 60 days: 25% of total contract value
• 30-60 days: 50% of total contract value
• Less than 30 days: 100% of total contract value

5. Liability Limitations

Wandes Ninja's liability is limited to the total contract value. We are not responsible for:

• Acts of God or force majeure events
• Third-party vendor failures beyond our control
• Venue-related issues not caused by our negligence

6. Intellectual Property

All creative concepts, designs, and materials developed by Wandes Ninja remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
